How far in advance should I book your services?

For Wedding Event Management, 3-6 months before your date is ideal. For Full Coordination, we recommend booking soon after engagement. For private events, 2-3 months provides optimal planning time, though we occasionally accommodate shorter timelines.

Do you work with a client's existing vendors?

Absolutely. We seamlessly integrate with your chosen partners while ensuring coordinated execution of your vision. For clients seeking recommendations, we offer vendor sourcing as an additional service.

Yes. Our Expert Planning Consultations ($150/hour) provide strategic guidance on specific elements like vendor selection, budget optimization, or timeline management—perfect whether you're just beginning planning or need advice on particular aspects.

What additional services are available beyond your standard packages?

We offer supplemental services including venue sourcing, extended teardown, additional staffing, destination planning, private chef experiences, and international event coordination. We create custom quotes based on your specific requirements.
