Day-Of Styling

Starting at $1,650

Our Day-of Styling package ensures that your wedding day is as seamless and stress-free as possible. From finalizing details to overseeing set-up, we’ve got everything covered so you can focus on enjoying your big day!

Pre-Wedding Meeting: 1-hour consultation (ideally week-of) to finalize décor and plans.

On-Site Setup: 2 coordinators for 2 hours (3-5 PM) to set up before the ceremony.

Vendor Coordination: We’ll provide contact info for key vendors (florist, venue, DJ, etc.).

Local Pickup: We’ll collect any personal décor (signage, place cards, etc.) from you the day before or morning of.

Plus: A free décor checklist and seating chart template to keep you on track.

The Venue Hunt

Price: $1,250

Finding the perfect venue is the foundation of your wedding, and we’re here to make it effortless. Through a detailed intake process, we learn what matters most to you—guest count, budget, style, food, music, and more—then guide you through selecting and securing the best venue for your big day.

Personalized Venue List & Research: We create a curated list of venues based on your vision and gather custom quotes for up to five options.

Availability & Booking Assistance: We check availability, help you compare options, and guide you through the booking process.

Venue Questions & Invoice Guidance: We provide key questions for your tours and assist in reviewing contracts and final invoices.

Virtual Planning Support: This service is fully remote, with expert guidance every step of the way; in-person visits can be arranged for an additional fee.

Planning Consultation

Starting at $150/hour

For couples who have booked their own venue and vendors but need a professional to take over in the final three months to ensure seamless execution.

Site Visit with Lead Coordinator: $150 - Ensure everything is perfectly aligned with a pre-wedding site visit, where our lead coordinator will review all details and logistics with you.

Ceremony & Transition Support: $350 – Coordinator stays for ceremony, manages the wedding party, and moves décor between events.

Stationery & Rentals: Custom design of stationery items (signs, menus, etc.) with our lead coordinator, set up on the day of your wedding. Added to your MO&CO invoice.
